A királylány különös álma / The strange dream of the princess

A királylány szürreális álmát ábrázolja a festmény. A királylány valójában a művész egykori kedvese, Renáta.
A hajóként úszó szigeten egy elképzelt város van, ahová a királylány nagyon vágyakozik. Az álomkép a festmény felső felét foglalja el. Alul a királylány fejénél lebegő szálak az álom fonalai. A szél fújja őket a bal oldalon látható álomfogó hálóba. A szelet a szélzsák jelöli. A szélzsák a festőművész repülés iránti rajongása okán került a festményre. Ezen a festményen is megjelenik a léghajó, amivel a festő a szerelmét viszi a szigetre, ahol kettesben eltöltenek néhány boldog napot.

A kép olajfestékkel lett megfestve vászonra 2018-ban. A festmény mérete: kb. 70×50 cm.

 

The painting depicts the surreal dream of the princess. The princess is actually the artist’s former lover, Renáta.
On the island that floats like a ship, there is an imaginary city to which the princess longs. The dream image occupies the upper half of the painting. The threads floating below the head of the princess are the threads of the dream. The wind blows them into the dream catcher net on the left. The wind is indicated by the wind bag. The wind bag was added to the painting because of the painter’s passion for flying. This painting also shows the airship with which the painter takes his love to the island, where they spend a few happy days together.

The picture was painted with oil on canvas in 2018. Size of the painting: approx. 70×50 cm.
