Csónak II. / Boat 2.

A Csónak II. a Csónak című festmény folytatása. 2014-ben készült a kép olajfestékkel vakkeretre feszített vászonra.
A part itt is sivatagos környezetre utal, a víz zöld színe viszont a zöld növényzet tükörképét vetíti felénk. A zöld növényzet és a víz sugallja a reményt a sivatagban. A csónak távolabb van a parttól, mint az első képen. A part itt sokkal magasabb és durva, sziklás a környezet. A csónak színe a húshoz hasonlít – tehát a csónak maga a festő. A csónak tengelyirányában a parton egy vörös csík húzódik. Ez a lélek megsebzését jelenti, valamint azt, hogy szenvedések közepette jutott el a vízig. Az, hogy nem ül benne senki, itt is a festő magányosságára utal.

Here, too, the coast refers to a desert environment, while the green color of the water reflects the green vegetation. Green vegetation and water suggest hope in the desert. The boat is further from the shore than in the first picture. The coast here is much higher and the environment is rough and rocky. The color of the boat resembles the flesh – so the boat itself is the painter. A red stripe runs along the shore in the axial direction of the boat. This represents the wounding of the soul, as well as the fact that it reached the water in the midst of suffering. The fact that there is no one sitting in it also indicates the loneliness of the painter.
